Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Medical Company in Boston MA

Saturday and Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $21.20 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

In this stationary role, you will support access management, monitor lobby activity for security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies at a commercial office location.
• Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor check-in and badge processes, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional front desk presence and access control practices.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, provide directions, receive and document deliveries, and support day-to-day administrative and security-related communications at the front desk.
• Document routine activities, visitor information, and unusual occurrences in required logs and reports, following Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
