Performance Measurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Measurement Operations Specialist to support our global marketing experimentation and measurement programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring incrementality studies and holdout tests across digital marketing channels are accurately configured, launched on schedule, and executed in accordance with established measurement standards and best practices.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Channel Excellence, Marketing Strategy, Applied Science, and external advertising platform partners to coordinate testing activities, maintain operational excellence, and ensure data integrity throughout the measurement process.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and project-tracking skills, and a solid understanding of advertising operations, experimentation frameworks, and data quality management. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, identify potential issues proactively, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
