Position Summary






Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

As a Manager, Functional Transformation, you will be responsible for…
Leading strategy and transformation workstreams from planning through executionDeveloping analyses, presentations, and recommendations for business and leadership stakeholdersManaging project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple activitiesCoordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions, actions, and deliverablesSupporting implementation of growth and transformation initiatives in an onsite environment

Includes strategy development, road mapping, strategic PMO, enterprise value creation, and finance automation and innovation.
Qualifications
Required: 
Bachelor’s degree6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or business operations3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project plans, and stakeholder deliverablesExperience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in a business environmentActive Top Secret security clearance required with eligibility to obtain a SCIMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be willing to be onsite in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
