Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fredricksburg, VA, responsible for overseeing and growing a defined geographic territory. This position manages relationships with existing commercial clients, ensures high-quality service delivery, and identifies opportunities to expand Enviro-Master® solutions across the territory. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer locations, conducting site assessments, presenting service programs, and coordinating schedules and expectations with health and safety technicians. The Territory Manager tracks sales performance, prepares reports, and collaborates with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly. This role also involves prospecting new accounts, participating in local networking or industry events, and promoting Enviro-Master®’s brand and health-focused cleaning services within the community. Qualifications Demonstrated success in territory management, account management, or field sales within service-based or B2B environments. Strong customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, needs assessment, and solution presentation. Proficiency in planning and organizing daily routes, managing schedules, and prioritizing multiple customer commitments. Comfort with on-site work at client facilities, including conducting walk-throughs and discussing operational requirements. Ability to analyze territory performance data, prepare status reports, and use CRM or related sales tools effectively. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business owners and managers. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with technicians and management. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, health and safety, or related industries is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
