Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Remote, USA - Eastern Time Zone
Guardant Health, Inc.
Guardant Health seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive adoption of the SHIELD blood test for colorectal cancer screening through virtual engagement with healthcare providers. The role involves prospecting, relationship building, and meeting sales targets while leveraging data analytics and CRM tools to support the field sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into active ordering accounts using analytical insights
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through virtual prospecting and relationship development
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to drive adoption of SHIELD test
- Deliver virtual product training and education to primary care practices and stakeholders
- Utilize internal data sources to understand market trends and execute data-driven sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales experience with documented sales goals
- Virtual or inside sales experience highly preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms preferred)
- Superior problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
