The Role:

The customer service representative will handle all customer calls, emails, correspondence, and PO’s. The CSR will need to obtain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. The Customer Service Representative will need to work cross-functionally with other internal team members in order to obtain necessary information to fulfill critical order and consumer inquiries in a time-sensitive manner. In the end, this person must work with a sense of urgency and purpose to ensure quality while meeting consumer and customer expectations. 

What You Will Do: .

• Supports colleagues and customers in a multi-site environment through email and phone.
• Maintains professionalism and composure in potentially stressful situations while supporting team members and customers.
• Proactively multi-tasks to support customers, order inquires, and assists with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and updates to all.
• Maintains and implements spreadsheets to support orders and prioritization of customers to ensure proper lead times. 
• Communicate regularly with team members on orders and customer support.
• Responsible for all order entry and order updates including lead times and tracking information.

What You Will Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience of Customer Service skills
• Successfully implementing time management skills and multitasking 
• Proven ability to take initiative. 
• Proven ability working with various team members across the corporation.
• Proven ability for organization skills
• Possesses excellent verbal communication skills.
• Can easily navigate computers and CRM systems.
• Uses creativity and ingenuity to find solutions for customers.

 

Compensation Range: 

$45,000-$65,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
