What you’ll tackle- Prep surfaces: wash, sand, repair, mask, and prime for optimal adhesion.
- Apply coatings: paint, stains, and finishes via brush, roller, and spray equipment.
- Color work: mix, match, and tint to reach the exact hue and sheen.
- Quality checks: examine completed areas and fine-tune to client specs.
- Jobsite care: keep a clean, orderly work area and manage materials responsibly.
- Client updates: confirm goals, offer guidance, and report progress clearly.
- Safety first: follow procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe site.
- Team alignment: collaborate to hit milestones and timelines.
- Hands-on experience as a painter with a portfolio demonstrating results.
- Expertise in tools, materials, and techniques for interior and exterior work.
- Self-starter who also excels in a team setting.
- Meticulous eye for detail and dedication to high standards.
- Great communicator with a customer-centered approach.
- Ability to lift heavy items and adapt to different job conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Residential and commercial projects in and around Kalispell, MT. You’ll handle both new finishes and refreshes, ensuring durability and a polished look.
