Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Pharmacist in Charge to support a 340B pharmacy setting located onsite in New York, NY. The position has an anticipated duration of 3-6 months with a focus on day and afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill all Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) duties to ensure regulatory compliance and safe pharmacy operations
• Manage pharmacy workflow and staff oversight to maintain quality and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by 340B program standards

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license, preferably multiple state licenses including but not limited to AK, AL, AR, CA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NE, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV
• Proven experience performing PIC responsibilities in a pharmacy setting, ideally within the 340B program
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices

Schedule:

• Day and afternoon shifts onsite
