Store Manager

Overview We're seeking talented candidates for a Store Manager position at our new Jiffy Lube location in Plover WI. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities Provide "hands-on" leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. Collaborate to ensure guest service aligns with company standards and that store targets are met. Apply management principles in a physical environment; previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with management experience, training is available. A current and valid driver\'s license is required. Qualifications Experience leading teams in a service or physical environment is preferred; not required if training and development are available.
