Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking an RN Resource Float Pool NICU Pediatrics to join their team. This role is designed for a dedicated nursing professional who is ready to embrace a purpose-driven career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards and guidelines.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care and organizational mission.
• Float to multiple units within one facility or across facilities as needed.

Requirements

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• At least 24 months of hospital RN experience in NICU/Pediatrics.
• Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area.

Schedule

• Full Time position with availability to work all shifts.
• Travel required, 100% of the time.

Compensation

• $26.95 - $42.99/hour
