Pay Range: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly Responsibilities: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in their decisions. Collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and efficient loan closings, enhancing client satisfaction. Analyze client financials to determine the best mortgage options, providing clear and actionable advice. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information. Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand your network within the community. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions. Qualifications: Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a proven track record of successful loan closings. Ability to guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step. Strong analytical skills to assess client financials and recommend optimal mortgage solutions. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction. Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information. Effective communication skills to ensure transparency and clarity in all client and team interactions. Experience in utilizing marketing strategies to attract and expand the client network within the community.
