Compensation
To help new team members get started, we offer a 30-day ramp-up period with guaranteed compensation while you onboard, learn our systems, and build your pipeline.
Following the initial onboarding period, this position becomes 100% commission-based , offering uncapped earning potential for motivated professionals.
Who We're Looking For
- Active NMLS license required
- Mortgage lending experience preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
