They help clients through the home loan process with honesty, clarity and personal service, and they are building a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers who want strong support, real opportunity and room to grow. About the Role As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers from first conversation to closing. This is a full-time, in-office role at the Southfield, MI office. You will not be starting from zero. The company provides leads through multiple channels and warm transfers from its internal team, and an assistant handles support work so you can focus on originating. This role suits a licensed loan officer who is driven by sales, communicates clearly and wants to grow with a brokerage that is scaling.
