About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its global SaaS business, focusing on driving the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing the company's strategy, overseeing operations, and ensuring product direction aligns with market needs. A key aspect of the role is to lead M&A initiatives, from identifying opportunities to post-acquisition integration, and to build a high-performing leadership team. The ideal CEO will have a strong background in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly within the marketing technology sector, and a proven track record of scaling similar businesses. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in a senior executive role with full P&L ownership, and a history of success in scaling global SaaS or enterprise software companies. Recent hands-on M&A experience is essential, as is a background in serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies. The role requires a leader with a strong financial acumen, capable of driving EBITDA improvement and strategic planning, and who has a history of effectively partnering with Boards of Directors to enhance shareholder value. The CEO will also be expected to have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being preferred, and a proven ability to build and lead executive teams across various business functions.
