Event Marketing & Customer Engagement Associate – Oak Brook, IL
The Catalyst Corporation | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Full Paid Training | Gas Stipend | Uncapped Bonuses
The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Event Marketing & Customer Engagement Associates in Oak Brook, IL .
This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in event marketing, customer engagement, sales, brand promotion, and customer acquisition . You'll work directly with customers in retail locations, promotional events, and other face-to-face environments while representing nationally recognized client brands.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide full paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help new team members develop professionally and succeed in the role.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.
What You'll DoRepresent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and customer-focused campaigns
Engage directly with customers through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations
Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits
Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
Generate customer interest and assist with sales and enrollment opportunities
Support event and campaign setup, execution, and organization
Track customer interactions and campaign activity accurately
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team performance goals
Maintain a professional and positive brand presence during all customer interactions
Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership training
Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Team-oriented, coachable, and willing to learn
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Oak Brook office
Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
