Shift Timing: 8/9 AM - 4:30/5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30/hr.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on HR Helpdesk support, recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience. This role will respond to employee inquiries, support HR processes, and ensure accurate and timely HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations and respond to employee HR inquiries.
- Coordinate recruiting, candidate screening, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, leave programs, and workplace practices.
- Maintain employee records and process promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Support employee relations, performance management, payroll preparation, and compliance activities.
- Assist with benefits administration, HR reporting, training, offboarding, and HR process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with emphasis on HR Help Desk and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Experience handling diverse employee HR inquiries and resolving issues.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus, not required.
