We're growing our Fort Lauderdale team and looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Accounting & Finance placements — from sourcing to close. Analyze market trends and build your own candidate network Source across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks Likes direct contact / Face to face or video call meetings ~ Sales / Account Management Mindset ~ Bachelor's degree highly preferred, not required We believe diversity is our pillar — open-door leadership, a collaborative team culture, and real investment in helping our people grow.
