Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to join our team in a role dedicated to supporting personal insurance accounts and delivering an exceptional service experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, managing policy details with accuracy, and helping clients navigate their coverage needs with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts with a focus on service excellence and retention
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage reviews
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate with carriers to submit applications, follow up on requests, and resolve service issues
• Review existing coverage to identify opportunities for enhancement or cross-selling where appropriate
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation in agency management systems
• Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone, email, and other service channels
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines insurance, account management, customer service, or a related field
• Knowledge of personal insurance products such as auto, home, renters, and umbrella coverage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
• State insurance license or the ability to obtain one may be required
