Position Summary Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identify and communicate goals and objectives, build accountability, and measure progress in achieving results. Identify and address improvement opportunities, demonstrate adaptability, and promote continuous learning. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing achievements, and fostering a belonging mindset. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and values, and maintain standards of ethics and integrity. Implement and support the Open Door Policy and guide associates in applying ethical practices in business processes. Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity of people, cultures, ideas, and experiences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected. Attract, retain, and develop talent, recognizing contributions and accomplishments, while guiding the team toward shared objectives. Make decisions based on data insights and analysis, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities and considering customers, associates, shareholders, suppliers, partners, and communities. Drive continuous improvements, adopt new technologies and skills, and support others through change. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a mandatory firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell ammunition, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Ability to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with experience supervising 5 or more direct reports and managing performance, mentoring, hiring, and terminating staff. Compensation Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors).
