Territory Sales Representative

Techo-Bloc's Nashville territory is growing — and we're adding to our team to keep up with the opportunity. This is an additional Outside Sales Representative position supporting an established market with existing dealer relationships and a growing contractor base familiar with the Techo-Bloc name.

You won't be starting from zero: you'll be stepping into a territory with an established foundation, existing customer relationships, and significant room to grow. Your job will be to build on that momentum, strengthen our presence across the Nashville market, and capture the next phase of growth throughout Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas.

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S., with continued residential and commercial development driving demand for high-quality outdoor living spaces. From sophisticated patios and pool surrounds to large-scale outdoor living projects, the region offers a strong market for premium hardscape products.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy across Nashville and surrounding markets
• Grow and strengthen relationships with contractors, dealers, landscape professionals, and other industry partners
• Expand Techo-Bloc's presence throughout Middle Tennessee
• Generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Educate contractors and design professionals while driving demand through our dealer network
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
• Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows, lunch & learns, dealer events, and industry functions
• Use CRM and business intelligence tools to manage your pipeline, track performance, and prioritize opportunities
• Spend significant time in the field building relationships and developing business

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B field sales experience; experience in hardscape, landscaping, building materials, construction, or dealer networks is an asset
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM and data-driven sales processes
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and dealer partners
