Hotel Services Attendant
The Hotel Services Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This position interacts directly with guests, assists with luggage, safely operates guest vehicles, provides information about the hotel, and ensures all guest interactions are handled in a courteous and professional manner.
NOTE: This job is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests entering and exiting the hotel. Assist guests with luggage and other service needs. Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and upcoming events. Maintain a positive, proactive approach to guest service. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred/required. Valid state-issued driver's license. Valid vehicle insurance. Excellent driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor. Ability to stand, walk, run, and lift for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
