Human Resources Coordinator
Reporter Newspapers
Coordinate HR operations, recruitment activities, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee programs. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling. Administer onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain HRIS and personnel records. Support benefits administration. Assist with employee relations and compliance initiatives. Requirements 2+ years of HR experience. Experience with HRIS systems. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
