Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Warehouse CoordinatorResponsibilities:• Responsible for checking in drivers for product pick up and drop up and ensuring all paperwork is completed and documented• Greet each driver receiving or dropping off and assign them to a dock door• Rate all orders and prepare labels, BOL's packing slips, and tracking as well as maintain both inbound and outbound logs to ensure all orders have been captured• Compile reports for customers and client• Communicate daily on coordination of products being shipped and coordinate activities which include verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments• Preparing items for shipments while exhibiting a safe culture• Perform and assist with additional warehouse functions as needed due to business need• You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FSTRequirements:• Live FST Traits of Reliable, Responsive, Adaptable, Passionate, and Innovative• Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers• High school diploma or GED• Efficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Customer service driven• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments• Ability to follow policies and procedures• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (warm and cold)Disclaimer:This job description does not include every duty or responsibility that the employee may be asked to perform at some point in time.
