Project teams are supported by state-of-the-art prefabrication and manufacturing facilities that utilize advanced technology and off-site fabrication methods to improve quality, increase productivity, reduce project risk, and accelerate schedules. As a Traveling Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on landmark projects while collaborating with some of the industry's best construction professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day execution of hyperscale data center projects throughout Georgia. Coordinate all phases of mechanical construction, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, forecasts, and cost controls. Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Lead project meetings and coordinate field operations to maintain productivity and project milestones. Identify and resolve project challenges while supporting field leadership and maintaining schedule commitments. Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate project reporting. Promote a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects. Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center construction. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems. Proven success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites throughout Georgia. Previous mission-critical or hyperscale data center experience is highly preferred.
