Location: Pennsylvania Schedule: 8 hour or 10 hour day shifts. Example shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No call. No holidays. Openings: 2

Position Overview: Provide anesthesiology coverage in a hospital setting in a medical direction model. This role includes a broad case mix and supports physician and CRNA team coverage as outlined in the order details.

Clinical Scope:

• Case types include general, neuro, orthopedics, and obstetrics
• Medical direction model with MD supervision of CRNAs
• Typical supervision ratio: 1 to 3 or 1 to 4
• MDs may do their own cases as outlined in the order details
• Number of anesthesia rooms: 9
• EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board certification required
• Active Pennsylvania medical license required to present
• Completion of an approved anesthesia residency

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to accept candidates needing to obtain a state license: No
• Compact licenses not accepted
• Provider must reside more than 60 miles from the worksite

Credentialing:

• Estimated privileging timeframe: approximately 45 days
• Accelerated privileges may be available as outlined in the order details

Travel and Lodging:

• Car rental or mileage stipend: $250 per week
• Lodging or housing stipend: $110 per day
