As an Internet Sales Representative, you will act as the vital first point of contact for customers inquiring about our new and pre-owned inventory online. Your goal is to respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, answer questions, build rapport, and set qualified appointments for our sales floor.

Lead Management: Respond rapidly to inbound internet leads, customer inquiries, and chat requests from various automotive portals, social media, and our dealership website.

Communication: Engage customers professionally through phone calls, text messaging, and personalized email correspondence.

Appointment Coordination: Guide prospective buyers through vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options, with the primary objective of scheduling showroom visits.

CRM Maintenance: Update and manage all customer interactions meticulously in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure seamless follow-ups.

Inventory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle specs, trim levels, features, incentives, and dealership promotions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales floor and finance department to ensure a smooth transition and a stellar experience when the customer arrives.
