Introduction

This role is responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. The position requires a specific start date due to business needs and a hybrid schedule of a minimum of 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will partner to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluate current methods, and develop strategies to implement changes and project improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align)
• Excel Reporting (Pivot Tables, Filters, Vlookups, If Statements)
• SPC/RTE/Scrum Master Certification
• Experience in big room training
• PowerPoint proficiency

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical writing skills
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and use appropriate tools to drive project completion
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for critical change initiatives
• Create training presentations for the implementation of Jira Align across various Lines of Business
• Conduct big room training sessions
• Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders
