Front Office Team Member

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm appointments to keep the office running smoothly
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries efficiently
Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing processes
Collect and process payments and coordinate with insurance providers
Support the clinical team and contribute to a seamless patient experience
Assist with general front office administrative duties as needed

Requirements

1+ year of dental or medical front office experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience with dental assisting is a plus

Schedule

Full-time , Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $16 - $25 per hour , based on experience
