Job Description

Performs production and assembly operations involving a variety of components, subassemblies, and finished assemblies using standard hand and power tools in accordance with work instructions, acceptance criteria, and established quality standards. Ensures proper handling, packing, and storage of finished products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Assemble components and subassemblies accurately using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions, work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical documentation.
• Stand for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts, and safely lift or move materials up to 60 lbs.
• Maintain attention to detail and meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of production/assembly experience or relevant technical training.
• Aerospace assembly experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
