The culture emphasizes high-quality care, professional respect, and open communication.In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient Physical Therapy services, including evaluation, development of individualized plans of care, implementation of therapeutic interventions, and coordination with referring providers. Typical caseloads include general orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine conditions, and balance or gait impairments. You will have the opportunity to work with motivated patients who are focused on returning to work, sport, or everyday activities.A typical day may include a mix of new patient evaluations and follow-up treatments, with appointment schedules designed to allow meaningful one-on-one interaction, detailed documentation, and regular progress assessments. You will utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education, tailoring interventions to each patient's goals and functional needs. Opportunities may exist to develop niche programs such as sports performance, injury-prevention workshops, or specialized treatment tracks depending on your interests and the needs of the community.The clinic environment is modern and well-equipped, providing access to the tools and technology needed to deliver high-quality care. You will work closely with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience.
