Job Overview What Youll Do Design and build seasonal arrangements for planters and window boxes using live plant material Work efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail Follow Enlivens design standards and apply feedback in real time Help unload and organize large plant deliveries as inventory arrives Maintain organized staging areas and a clean, efficient workspace Monitor plant/material quality during production and report issues to Nursery staff Occasionally assist with on-site seasonal stylings or gardener field support as needed What You Bring A strong eye for design and a willingness to learn Enlivens seasonal style Comfort taking direction and working closely with our Lead Designer Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and team-focused Prompt and reliable: timeliness matters in seasonal production Attention to detail and pride in doing work cleanly and consistently Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including regularly lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid drivers license required No prior horticultural experience is necessary. We train new hires in our processes and seasonal standards. Preference is given to applicants with backgrounds in design.
