Including but not limited to minor framing, insulation, hanging drywall, finish drywall, paint, finish trim & doors, etc. They are responsible for managing the project and following the scope of work provided by the estimator and supervisor. Must also be proficient at time management, material take off's, and customer communication.Responsibilities:Follow the scope of work provided and execute effectively and efficientlyNotify management of any necessary changes to the scopeSafely and effectively operate power and specialty toolsDocument all activity in job management softwareLocate, order, and/or purchase materials per scope of project and submit receipts to office personnelCommunicate all activity to customers and teamRecord labor activity per jobQualifications:Looking for an opportunity to grow with our companyClean driving record2+ years' experience in construction industry.Restoration experience is a plusMust have strong customer service communication skillsWilling to take command of projects and crews to maximize quality and outputHighly organized and efficientProficient in computer skills; Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, OutlookFluent in EnglishBi-lingual a plusProject Management experience a plusPlease apply if you think you have what it takes to serve others and deliver a world-class service when others need it the most.
