Receptionist

The Receptionist 1 receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors to attend to all callers/visitors promptly. The Receptionist 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. Location CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 737 S Semoran Blvd., Orlando, FL 32807. Reporting to Manager, Clinic/Center Administration. Job Responsibilities Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintain long distance call logs. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs. Alert appropriate parties of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address. Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages. Limit decisions to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and work under close guidance and within established guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred; candidates with Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality or Call Centers will be considered. Excellent customer service. Team player. Patient-facing role that runs the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program; candidates will be required to screen for TB. Other Qualifications Experience with value‑based care model. Knowledge of Medical Terminology. Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records). Bilingual in English and Spanish. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 hours per week. Pay Range $38,000 - $45,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
