Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Details Job Location: FL - Orlando, FL 32801 Position Type: Full Time General Purpose of Job Responsible for providing receptionist duties and accounting and lease compliance administrative support for the departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls at the reception desk, and greet and assist company guests Act as liaison between guests and associates Provide parking validation for company guests Perform daily kitchen upkeep and replenish supplies as needed Maintain and update company phone directory Support administrative staff as needed Collect and processes public notices for property-related items, including identifying the property and preparing letters to notify tenants Accounting Support Review of invoices in the AP Express system Provide petty cash services to associates and reconcile balances on a quarterly basis Serve as the “back-up” for processing the weekly check run through Oracle Special projects, as needed Lease Compliance Support Preparation of CPI rent escalation calculations and tenant billings, as needed Oracle data entry of periodic rent billings Electronic filing and mailing of tenant property tax documents Mailing of monthly tenant rent reminder letters Processing periodic mass mailings to tenants, as needed Special projects, as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED, and one + years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
