Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado School Psychologist License required
• Proven experience delivering comprehensive psychological services in K-12 settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to develop effective intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and social challenges
• Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable, organized, and passionate about student advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling services that address emotional, social, and behavioral concerns
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to design interventions and accommodations
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary, IEP, and crisis response teams within the school
• Deliver training and guidance on evidence-based practices to staff and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
