If you re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable dining experiences, and has a knack for organization, we want to meet you!**Key Responsibilities:**Lead our kitchen team with enthusiasm and creativity.Design and execute a menu that wows our guests and keeps them coming back including special events; Wine, Beer and Cocktail DinnersImplement systems and processes to streamline kitchen operations.Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.Collaborate with management to ensure a top-notch dining experience.**What You Bring:**Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.A creative mindset and a passion for great food.Strong organizational skills to systematize and optimize kitchen operations.Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.A fun, upbeat attitude that fits right in with our lively atmosphere.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Why Join Us?**Competitive pay with time away from work.
