Location: Shelbina, MO
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Shelbina, Missouri . If you’re an OT who enjoys helping patients regain independence, building meaningful relationships, and working with a supportive clinical team, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while making a difference.
What You'll Do- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT interventions focused on improving independence and function
- Address activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with PT, PTA, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
- Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
