Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

Schedule:
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Assignment Details:
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Active RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical/telemetry nursing
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Current Certifications: BLS required, ACLS required, NHISS needed prior to start
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner
- Drivers license with address that matches demographics

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-acuity nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records

Compliance / Notes:
- RTO must be included at time of submission
- Traveler may be requested to float to partner facilities as needed
- Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
