Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager

A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager. They need someone who is skilled with running both residential and commercial losses. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience. Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction. Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects. Proficiency in Xactimate software (required) Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting. Clean criminal background and clean driving record. OSHA 30 preferred. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
