Commercial Finance Manager About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established, global organization seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to senior operational leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and leading planning and forecasting initiatives across a key business region. This position offers strong visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence both operational execution and long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations Lead the development and consolidation of forecasts, annual plans, and long-range financial strategies Analyze operating performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to improve results Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business analysis Evaluate financial results versus budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities Support capital expenditure planning and investment analysis, including ROI and cost-benefit evaluations Drive process improvements and help streamline financial reporting and planning workflows Present key financial insights and updates to leadership, including participation in regional leadership meetings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders in a commercial or operational finance capacity Deep understanding of P&L management, working capital, and capital investment analysis Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience driving process improvement initiatives within finance or operations Employment Type: Full Time If you're interested in the Commercial Finance Manager position and are available to work in the Houston area, apply now by sending your resume to aaron.vizcaino@ lhh.com .
