At Kelly®, seeking a Scanning Specialist / Document Processor to work at a premier legal client in Plymouth, MN. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Pay Rate: $20.50-$23.00 
Schedule : Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Scanning Specialist / Document Processor:
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as preparing documents for scanning.
• Distribute non-scanned mail to the appropriate employees or departments.
• Archive and purge documents according to established procedures.
• Audit CDs and ensure required documents or images are uploaded electronically.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive documents.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in document scanning in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient with computers, Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and possess strong visual abilities.
