Plate Saw Operator

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Range: $20-$24/hour

Location: Blaine, MN

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a skilled candidate with CNC machining or industrial saw operation experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders by identifying and cutting correct inventory
Calculate material needed and run saws to complete jobs
Finalize work in ERP system and package materials securely
Organize jobs by delivery route for efficient loading
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) or industrial saws required
Strong understanding of manufacturing and machining processes
Experience performing quality inspections and maintaining tight tolerances
Ability to use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and tape measures
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with machine offsets and calibrations
Preventative maintenance experience
Prior experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication environments
