Contract Analyst I

To support contract management activities, the remote Contract Analyst I will prepare and verify invoicing, negotiate clinical trial agreements, and collaborate with various teams to enhance project metrics. Key responsibilities Negotiate site-related contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, and payment terms Partner with internal teams and external partners to improve overall study metrics and processes Track negotiations and actions to ensure timelines are met for assigned studies and sites Required qualifications BS degree or international equivalent 2 or more years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting Ability to explain data for decision-making processes Knowledge of clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments Strong organizational and negotiation skills Virtual Vocations Inc
