Maintenance Technician

Company Values We treat people the way we want to be treated We do the right thing ESPECIALLY when no one is looking We ask for help when we need it Maintenance Technician Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be based out of our East Region (KCMO, Lee’s Summit, Grandview, Belton, MO). The responsibilities of the position will include resolving service tickets generated by our residents and performing preventative maintenance and repair on the properties. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will assist in completing make readies, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Lead or the Community Manager. Experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair will be necessary to handle the day-to-day maintenance of the properties. Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis. Base Hourly Rate: up to $28/hr depending on experience/skill set and this position provides a monthly cell phone allowance of $85 (tax free).
