Payroll professional looking to leverage sophisticated payroll experience in new, collaborative environment? NJ Law Firm seeking experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team!
Firm offers competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and team-oriented environment.
Ideal candidates will be technologically-savvy with extensive experience performing end-to-end payroll processing. ADP Workforce Now is a must, other payroll platforms a plus. Other duties include:
- Processing multi-state payroll. The ideal candidate has experience across a number of states and is knowledgeable about various tax regulations
- Performing regular payroll audits, generating reports and ensuring compliance across all regulatory guidelines, laws. and statutory requirements
- Administration of 401k and other benefit plans specifically in how they relate to the payroll process
