The Fastest growing PI law firm in North Texas is looking for a Pre-Suit Paralegal!! Great Bonus Plan!! Multiple Paralegals making 100K+

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
Conduct initial client intakes and explain the pre-suit legal and medical processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates and fielding inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Assist clients with property damage and subrogation claims.

Medical & Evidence Gathering
Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and itemized statements from healthcare providers.
Review and summarize medical treatment histories and evaluate damages.
Coordinate with medical providers to negotiate lien reductions and finalize billing information.
Case Investigation & Demand Preparation
Gather and analyze case evidence, including police reports, photographs, and witness statements.
Compile and prepare comprehensive demand packages (including demand letters and supporting exhibits) for review by the supervising attorney.

Administrative & Workflow Support
Open and maintain organized digital case files using firm Case Management Software.
Track important deadlines, such as the statute of limitations.
Prepare settlement closing statements and facilitate case distributions once a settlement is reached.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience handling plaintiff's personal injury cases in a law firm, with a strong focus on pre-litigation.
• Education: Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent professional experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in reviewing medical terminology and calculating damages.
• Software: Familiarity with modern Legal Software Platforms (e.g., Filevine, Clio, or Needles).
• Communication: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
