ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, serving in sales, service, and office management. That experience gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and a passion for helping customers while developing a strong team.

As a Customer Service Representative with Liza Howley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
