Production 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently after proper training.

Follow production schedules, work instructions, and established procedures.

Monitor production processes and identify issues or abnormalities.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.

Assemble, trim, package, label, and prepare products for shipment as required.

Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Communicate production, quality, equipment, or material concerns to the supervisor.

Meet established production and quality goals.

Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.

Previous manufacturing, plastics, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to frequently use hands and arms for production and assembly tasks.

Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as required by the position.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
