As an eligibility clerk for our Accounting & Eligibility team, you will be responsible for: Review retiree applications, determine eligibility, and establish new retiree accounts in accordance with applicable Trust requirements and eligibility provisions Maintain retiree accounts by processing monthly updates, adjustments, balances, terminations, refunds, and other account changes Maintain accurate retiree data and prepare spreadsheets and reports Identify and resolve account discrepancies Who you are...
