- Brindar apoyo administrativo al Departamento de Logística y, según sea necesario, a otras áreas de la compañía.
- Manejar llamadas telefónicas, correspondencia y documentación administrativa.
- Procesar requisiciones y brindar apoyo en gestiones relacionadas con compras y suplidores.
- Mantener comunicación y seguimiento con suplidores internos y externos.
- Organizar y mantener archivos, registros y documentación utilizando las herramientas y sistemas establecidos.
- Realizar ocasionalmente gestiones de correspondencia fuera de la oficina utilizando un vehículo oficial de la compañía.
- Manejar sus responsabilidades con iniciativa, autonomía y capacidad para anticipar necesidades operacionales.
- Diploma de cuarto año de escuela superior completado.
- Experiencia previa en compras, procurement o funciones administrativas relacionadas.
- Dominio fluido o avanzado del inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito.
- Licencia de conducir vigente.
- Dominio práctico intermedio a avanzado de Microsoft Excel y sistemas de archivo.
- Conocimiento de Google Drive y Google Sheets, preferiblemente.
- Capacidad de análisis, organización y buen juicio para trabajar con mínima supervisión.
- Excelentes destrezas interpersonales, iniciativa, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar lunes a viernes en horario de 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsabilidades

Requisitos
